Stunning Discount on Seversky District Residential Complex: Sold a Whopping Six Times Cheaper!

Gazprom has acquired a residential property in the northern district at a price of 56 million rubles.

Nestled in the Seversky district, a residential complex once built for specialists working on the "Krasnodarskaya" compressor station is now making headlines due to an incredible sale. Sprawling over an impressive 242,000 sq. m, this property boasts 15 cozy cottages, transformer substations, and a variety of engineering infrastructure facilities.

The complex, which was initially listed for a hefty 342 million rubles back in 2015, was met with disappointment as the sale failed to materialize. Gazprom, the influential corporation responsible for the property, decided to lower the price tag.

In a surprising turn of events, the complex was eventually sold for a mere 56.64 million rubles in 2024, as reported by "Interfax". Why such a drastic drop in price? The answer remains elusive.

Meanwhile, the "Neftyanik Kubani" sanatorium in Anapa has a new lease on life. After being in Rosimushchestvo's possession from June 2023 to April 2025, the under-construction health center has been transferred to "Tourism.RF". The new owner plans to invest in an ambitious project that will expand the sanatorium's capacity, bringing more wellness and comfort to its future guests.
