EGN Appoints Dr. Inge Hohrath as New CFO
EGN/SWK AG has appointed Dr. Inge Hohrath as its new CFO, effective February 1, 2026. She succeeds Pierre Vincent, who departs on April 30, 2026. Hohrath brings extensive experience in finance and leadership, most recently serving as Vice President Accounting at RWE.
Dr. Hohrath, 48, began her career at Ernst & Young, focusing on mid-sized companies and banking. She later held various leadership roles in finance at the RWE group. Before joining EGN, she served as CFO at Crespel & Deiters and was previously employed at SWK AG.
Kerstin Abraham, Chairwoman of EGN's Supervisory Board, praised Hohrath's versatility and valuable industry experience in energy and manufacturing. Hohrath, married with two children, will live in Düsseldorf and lead EGN's operations alongside Stefan Visser.
Dr. Inge Hohrath's appointment is expected to contribute to EGN's path of value-oriented growth towards a sustainable circular and resource economy. She takes over from Pierre Vincent on February 1, 2026.
