Dryden Heath's 9th Phase: 71 New Plots, No Gas, Kindergarten Planned
The Dryden Heath development in Wolterdingen is entering its ninth construction phase. So far, 150 plots have been sold, with 74 sold in the previous two phases. The new phase, set to start this summer, will offer 71 new plots.
The 9th construction phase brings changes to the development. The requirement for building commitment has been extended to four years. Notably, no gas supply will be offered in this phase. However, a kindergarten by the German Red Cross is planned to be built in the area.
Plot sizes range from smaller ones of around 300 square meters to larger ones up to 1500 square meters. Purchase prices vary from 85 to 109 euros per square meter. Meanwhile, in Soltau, building plots on the Tetendorfer Straße may become available towards the end of 2025 or early 2026, but under more expensive conditions than in Dryden Heath.
With the 9th construction phase underway, Dryden Heath continues to expand, offering more building plots to interested buyers. Despite the changes in gas supply and commitment requirements, the development remains attractive, with a planned kindergarten and a range of plot sizes and prices.
