Droga5 São Paulo has restructured its Culture & Communications department, merging Communications, Culture, and People functions into a single, integrated team. Johana Quintana has been appointed Head of People, Culture & Communications, leading the department alongside Barbara Lima, the newly named Director of Culture & Communications. The move reflects the agency's commitment to creativity, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), and industry transformation.
The new team will oversee various aspects, including internal projects, communication channels, events, and external communications, such as social media and public relations. Johana Quintana aims to bridge internal culture and external reputation with authenticity and purpose. The cross-functional team comprises Raiany Fernandes, Gabriele Oliveira, Lucas Schuch, Luma Araujo, and Aline dos Santos, ensuring cohesion and consistency in initiatives. The restructuring is set to foster internal culture, amplify the agency's market presence, and manage external communications effectively.
