Construction ongoing on Schönaustraße and Florastraße pipelines
Starting from Monday, June 22, 2025, the Schoenaustraße is undergoing construction by Sax + Klee, on behalf of TWL Netze GmbH. The exact completion date for the project is not yet known, but progress updates or related project milestones are expected to occur around mid to late 2025.
During the construction period, the road will be closed to traffic. Once the asphalt work is completed, Schoenaustraße will be fully reopened. In the meantime, drivers are kindly requested to pay attention to closure and detour signs.
The construction site is located on a route that necessitates traffic rerouting. Drivers will be directed to use Sandstraße, Hubertusstraße, and Florastraße as alternative routes. These roads will serve as the primary detour paths to bypass the construction site.
For the safety and convenience of residents, the construction site is accessible only up to the immediate work area. Residents can access their homes as usual, but are advised to follow the closure signs and detour signs around the construction site.
The trench in Schoenaustraße, between the intersection area and Kasernenstraße, will be completed as part of the construction work.
