The Group's Annual General Meeting will be held on May 23, 2006, in Lausanne, Switzerland. The Board of Directors, consisting of nine members, will see some changes. Walther Andreas Jacobs holds an educational background in law and a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD. His extensive experience in various industries makes him a valuable addition to the Adecco Group's Board.

Philippe Foriel-Destezet, aged 70, has been a member of the Board since 1996 and served as Co-Chairman from June 2004 to November 2005. His proposed role as Honorary President reflects the Group's appreciation for his long-standing service and commitment.
