Adjustments to the Board of Directors proposed by Adecco to be endorsed during the upcoming Annual General Meeting

Walther Andreas Jacobs holds an educational background in law and a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD. His extensive experience in various industries makes him a valuable addition to the Adecco Group's Board.
Philippe Foriel-Destezet, aged 70, has been a member of the Board since 1996 and served as Co-Chairman from June 2004 to November 2005. His proposed role as Honorary President reflects the Group's appreciation for his long-standing service and commitment.
